Whether you need to pick up trash, remove recyclables, or just want to rent a dumpster, Waste Management (WM) is Santa Clarita’s waste management service for you.
Santa Clarita’s premier waste removal service, known simply as waste management, is here to make sure your bulky trash, recyclables, and other trash are disposed of quickly and cleanly.
“For us, good enough just isn’t good enough. That’s why every day, each of our more than 50,000 employees goes above and beyond to find what’s possible,” reads the WM website. “Because for us, it’s not just collection, it’s waste management.”
Homeowners who use this Santa Clarita waste management service can receive four free bulky pickups each year. Up to three items can be donated to WM in one pickup.

Item pickups can be scheduled using the WM app. Customers can log into the app using the same username and password they use for the My WM online portal.
If Santa Clarita residents and WM customers do not have an existing account, they can register for a new account through the app.
Hazardous waste should be monitored, including:
- Fluorescent bulbs
- Paint and paint cans
- Used engine oil and filters
- Prescription drugs
The above hazardous waste can be disposed of at locations designated by Waste Management.
“The proud, caring and resilient members of the WM family are the foundation of our success,” reads the Santa Clarita Waste Removal Service website. “We are committed to caring for each other, our customers, our communities and the environment.”
