Niklas Heuveldop is the President and CEO of Ericsson North America, serving Ericsson customers in the United States and Canada with leading technology and services.
Heuveldop recently held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Group Function Technology & Emerging Business, a new position that combined Corporate Strategy and Technology, Ericsson Research, Business Innovation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Emerging Business and Internet-focused functions. objects, as well as Ericsson’s information technology and digital transformation.
Previously, Heuveldop was Chief Customer Officer and Head of Group Function Sales. From 2001 to 2005, Heuveldop led tech start-ups backed by venture capital, first as COO at WaterCove Networks, which was acquired by Alcatel in 2003, then as CEO of ServiceFactory, a takeover by the management of the Swedish operator Telia.
Heuveldop holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology, Linköping University, Sweden.
